I had to keep chasing them to get any warranty help, and even then not much actually got fixed. The most annoying part was how aggressive the reminders felt, like they were quick to push me when they needed something but not nearly as quick to sort out the issue. Overall, frustrating experience.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. They made it sound like it would be a lot better, but those promises didn’t really hold up. Disappointing for the price.

In the end, the stuff I ordered from FrightProps was fine, but getting it took way longer than I expected. I was mostly just waiting around without many clear updates, hoping the package was actually moving. Maybe I caught them during a busy time, but for what I paid, the shipping felt too slow. Not a horrible experience, just a frustrating one...

I ordered a couple of haunt props from frightprops and, not to be dramatic, but I was weirdly excited when I opened the box because they actually felt solid. Like, finally, props that don’t feel like they’re going to disintegrate if you look at them too hard. The parts were sturdy and definitely didn’t have that cheap plastic vibe, which was a huge relief. One piece did have a tiny rough spot in the finish, and for about two minutes I acted like it was the end of the world, but once everything was set up, you couldn’t even notice it. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely buy from them again, I just wish the final little details were cleaned up a bit more

The checkout kept freezing when I got to the payment part, which was super annoying. I had to try a few times before it finally went thru.

I ordered a handful of small parts from FrightProps for my garage haunt, i was kind of bracing myself for something to be off. With little pieces like that, I almost expected a mix-up and figured I’d end up waiting on an apology or a fix.

But the box showed up with every item and count exactly right, even the tiny fittings. No wrong sizes, nothing missing, and no need to chase anyone down, which was a nice surprise...

I had to return something and the whole process was really smooth. The refund came through without any hassle, which I appreciated. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

I was working on a couple of props last minute and ended up checking FrightProps because they usually have the kind of stuff I need. Most of the parts I was looking for were in stock, which saved me some stress. I kind of assumed it might start acting up after a while, since that usually seems to happen with stuff like this, but it’s still working just fine. No complaints so far.

I ordered some sound and lighting gear for a haunt setup, and it was just okay overall. The sounds themselves were decent, but the speaker kept cutting in and out, which kind of ruined the effect. The lights also weren’t as strong as I expected, so the whole setup had that empty, no-real-person-there feeling instead of being actually creepy. Shipping was fine, but for what I paid, I was disappointed. I probably wouldn’t buy these effects again.

I needed a replacement valve for an old prop, they actually had it in stock. It was way easier than I expected and saved me from having to buy a bunch of new stuff...

I’ve ordered from frightprops.com a couple times now, the prices feel fair to me. Like, it’s not one of those sites where you add a few things to your cart and suddenly you’re like, waittt, how did it get that high?

Haunt stuff can get expensive soooo fast, but most of their parts and props seem priced about right for what you’re getting. Shipping wasn’t some scary surprise at checkout either, which I definitely appreciate.
They’re not the absolute cheapest on every single thing, but I’ve never felt ripped off. I’ll probably keep checking them first whenever I need more Halloween setup stuff
